ESSNA Vice Chair Claudia Mucciardi discusses ESSNA’s campaign on non-compliance at Vitafoods webinar 

On Tuesday 26^th September, ESSNA Vice Chair, Claudia Mucciardi provided an insightful presentation at the Vitafoods webinar on “Compliance, food safety and food fraud”. Claudia delved into the latest developments on this front both from a regulatory and industry perspective. She spoke about ESSNA’s efforts in tackling non-compliance and inadvertent doping through its award-winning campaign and the recent cases encountered by ESSNA.

A lively Q&A session with the audience followed the presentation, with the ESSNA Vice Chair sharing tips for sports foods businesses on how to ensure safety of their ingredients as well as compliance within the complicated regulatory environment in the EU and UK.
